In this 60-minute class, you will receive hands-on attention regarding the snatch, clean and jerk and more to increase your stability, mobility, and strength. Olympic weightlifting provides an incredible foundation for improving your mobility and stability when it comes to lifting.
Combines aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, and body weight training to help teach our kids body awareness and functional fitness. In kids’ fitness they will build a foundation that will help them excel in other aspects of life including sports, team work and respect for others.
